VisibleOps measures how public AI assistants answer buyer questions in your market, and what people are publicly saying about the problems you solve. It produces a dated report of what was measured, and recommendations drawn from it.

Both audit types are in private beta. There is no public purchase during this period, so no one is charged. If you were invited to a beta and we agreed a fee separately, that agreement governs the fee.

An audit is a measurement, not a guarantee. AI assistants change their answers over time, by surface, by locale and by how a question is worded. Nothing here promises that you will be mentioned, recommended, or ranked in any position by any AI product, and no recommendation we make guarantees a commercial outcome.

A source cited beside an answer is not proof it caused that answer, and we never state otherwise in a report.

A report is released to you only when it passes our publication checks. If those checks find that something in it is unsupported, contradictory, or untraceable, we hold it and a person reviews it rather than sending it to you.

Where we reached less public discussion than our own coverage bar asks for, we release the report with that limitation stated plainly in it — we do not pad a thin section, and we never report an absence of evidence as evidence of absence.

If what survives is not worth what was paid, we refund it rather than deliver it.

Submit only sites and stores you own or are authorised to have audited. Do not use the service to harass anyone, and do not use a report to impersonate a person or an organisation. We act only on public sources; we will not post anything on your behalf.

You keep ownership of what you submit and of the report we produce for you. We keep ownership of the software and methodology that produce it. We may use aggregate, non-identifying information about how audits perform to improve the product.

This is beta software and may be unavailable or change without notice. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for it, which during this beta is zero for public users.

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.
